Hey Mikkel we need you to be the one who owns either the Prepaid credit card or the Paypal account that'll be used for the server payments. Most people will be more comfortable sending donations if you are the one we are sending the donations to... That way we know they're going directly towards the new servers. And if you own the method of payment, you can select exactly what kind of customization is best.

Montreal I get 97 ms. Montreal might be a good option because it will accommodate US players but is far enough out for UK players I would think. Try pinging Montreal.

Why don't we just go for New York again?

I have no problem with donations but I can imagine them suddenly stopping, then I'm stuck with the payments.

If you stopped paying wouldn't the server just go down? Then people would need to donate again if the server was down.

@The-Sniper @Reaper Reaper would probably be in the same situation as you are in right now if we opt for Montreal. I get 81 ping. In my opinion, I think we should pick a server that's in the USA. You and Black Bear are both getting the same ping. What country are you guys in?

I'm on the west coast in the USA. New York works but the quality of the server we were on wasn't working out so it would need to be upgraded to something better. People won't be excited to donate if it skips and lags all the time.

P.S. Bringing back single player is a way to attract new players. If you can do that and it isn't inconvenient then it would be amazing.

I'll leave this to the community, if you rent a server, I'll set it up. I recommend digital ocean, super user friendly and easy. You can get a virtual server there for as low as $5 a month, in any region. The servers with guaranteed CPU time starts at $40 a month, but I think a $5 server might do the trick. Just click "add droplet" (they call it droplets), select your region and city, set a username, password, and you have a server. Then send ip to me along with root password. You can also invite me to digital ocean as admin if you're not sure on which server to use.
