<![CDATA[Upgraded New York Server is now live!]]>The upgraded New York server is now live thanks to @Mikkel & @ocelotl

I've tested server connections with a few players and the feedback is very good so far. It's a significant upgrade from the last NY server that we had.

When you fight on OB2D, 3 things matter when it comes to having a smooth connection: Server Quality, Internet Quality and distance away from the hosting server which is NY.

If both players are sub-120 ping and have good internet quality - every fight should run excellently, IF NOT - we will look to upgrade the current server that we have. However as it stands with the current fights myself and others have had - it does not seem necessary.

Much better than last by server but, it wasn’t the fact the last last server was bad, just wasn’t consistent but an upgrade might not even be necessary runs real smooth so far so @reaper @CapAmerica @Black_Bear @sniper @King-John, @nvtt come back now the server is up and running smooth no more excuses ! And are you playing with an Ethernet cable plugged in? You only fought Toos and he's known for having sub-optimal connection at times. You need to fight Ocelotl, NVTT or me. And you'll see the difference.

The server is dedicated and it runs really smooth you should test it out vs faker/nvtt/oce it would run really smooth barely without any spikes if it’s 2 good connection with Ethernet. if it lags it’s either urs connection or the other fighter you vs. Just test it out with other fighters not just one

It was like that for me too but it was who I fought. Try fighting a few others to get a baseline. For me it's slow with a couple but fast with the top dogs
