well..that sucks. No i liked it when the rankings where on the first page. But if its better for search engines with this way, why not.
But logging in to see the rankings is nonsense, that noone will do, just in special cases. So why not making another menu-link with "Rankings"? Next to the Hall of Fame for example...one click is ok to see the rankings, logging in will fail for most and it will take a part of OB2D-History with this. I push "Start Game!" without logging in etc. and i think most of us do it this way.
It would be cool if you think of a link to show the rankings.

you see the taste and opinion of everyone is different mikkel. I think you made a very good job (and i think most of us agree that it is worlds better than before now).
Now its not confusing new ones where to start the game, where is the forum...thats a great strike. Another one for the HOFer is that they got a worthy Hall now etc.

Edit: surj. i dont think it looks unprofessional..before it was not very fine designed, but now its fine. If you choose pop-colors its dumb shit...i like the colors, they are not upsetting you and its relaxing to surf the menu-links. The banner is for new ones maybe not that genius, but it got tradition and i like it. But why not giving some ideas to mikkel, if he likes them i am sure he will think about it to add them.

But again..opinions and someones taste is different all the way. Just take a look to amazon..a movie that you like and that you think is the best of the world always got some 1-star-reviews. Sometimes its unbelievable what this 1-star-ppl write about the movie for example. Thats the human...a strange beeing

i saw you worked again on the site mikkel. Sorry, but i prefered the first version where rankings came first and then the results (the big letters where impressing and honours the Champ standing there on the top). I think this is just a thing of taste, but really, i prefer the first version.

another good new thing is "Start Game!"...simple and straight. You improved the site a lot with such things. New ones are not confused arriving the first time to the site now.
I was very honest and maybe the one with the harshest critics to the old site. So i can say this things again honestly and straight...i think you made with this new site everything you can to get new members and not confusing them. Again..great work!
Now we need just the "keyword" and "placing the site on searchengines" - guru (john mentioned fatny before...i think he is good in this things.)

for me the colors are a good choice. Its not too pop-art-like, it looks fine and professional (but thats just my opinion).
To the banner: i like the old OnlineBoxing-banner. But if there is a banner-guru and you are not satisfied with it...why not?
I like this banner on the beginning of the OB3D..the one with this fighter banging on his chest (i hope you know what i mean...). That would look very cool on top of the site.

Edit: I just took a look to the Hall of Fame. Wow...it looks very great now. It honors the ones in it now. You just forgot to copy/past me into it

Edit2: the fault with this -2. guy disappeared again. Maybe you fixed that already, so forget about that.

it looks really cool and simple (not in a negative way). So new users are not confused when they see the site the first time.
